Do I book through this site or through Airbnb?
Every home links straight to its live Airbnb calendar, so you get instant confirmation, verified reviews and Airbnb’s payment protection. If you would rather deal with us directly — longer stays, multiple homes, a group taking two houses at once — send us a note and we will quote you.
Who actually looks after the home while I am there?
We do. ZenVibez manages every property in this collection in-house, including our own cleaning team. You are not messaging an absent owner or an offshore call center — you are messaging the people who prepared the home.
How clean is clean?
Our in-house cleaning team turns over every property between stays to the same checklist, and guests consistently describe our homes as “very, very clean” and “exactly like the pictures”. If anything is not right when you arrive, tell us and we will fix it that day.
Are the homes family friendly?
That is the whole point. Bunk rooms, full kitchens, game rooms, pools and hot tubs, and homes that sleep from 4 up to 16 guests. Several properties are pet friendly too — it is noted on each listing.
